Celebrating Creativity: Art Competition Winner Announced!

We recently held an exciting art competition to design the new raffle prize voucher that we’ll be donating to local schools and charities. The brief for the young artists was to create a 2D artwork that depicted a cup of coffee and a pastry, as this is exactly what the raffle prize will entitle the winner to enjoy!

We received over 100 fantastic entries from young artists, and it was no easy task choosing a winner. After much consideration, we are thrilled to announce that 10-year-old Nyla Morley is the winner of the competition! Nyla’s design stood out with its vibrant colours and creative charm, perfectly capturing the essence of the prize.

As the winner, Nyla's artwork will now be featured on the new raffle prize vouchers, which will be donated to local schools and charities. In addition to this honour, Nyla was also awarded an ice cream voucher to spend at The Secret Parlour as a special treat!

Congratulations to Nyla for her outstanding work! We were impressed by how she so brilliantly fulfilled the brief with her bright, colourful, and charming design. We can’t wait for the community to enjoy the raffle prize featuring her artwork.

In the meantime, budding artists of all ages are invited to join us this Easter at The Secret Garden for a fun crafting session! We’ll be creating portraits using old egg cartons and cardboard – a perfect way to get creative with recycled materials.
